Service Description

For grades 4, 5 and 6 in 2024 only with limited spots available. Featuring sessions in sports nutrition, mindset, general court skills, strength and conditioning, specialist position work, and athlete recovery. Lunch, morning tea and afternoon tea provided in our safe and custom netball training facility. Flexible booking options for a single day or the full 3 day experience.
